Exactly Vasu...people thought that it was ASR, the character which made him famous...but I say it is he, who made ASR famous. People are really admiring his talent and him as a person.

thanks for sharing the sponsors twitter news and link vasu and deepthi, loved her write up and so nice to read all of her replies to all the questions 😃 i remember in one of the spl iv's, maybe radio one, Barun said that they never saw this reaction in mumbai, like they walk down the street and no-one really cares or notices or bothers them. so they didn't get a sense of whether people like them or not and that's why he was so shocked by the spl hysteria. yeah, there was a lot of Arnav madness involved in that event too but now he definitely knows, without a doubt, that even in mumbai where many tv and film actors reside people r going totally crazy about him, Barun Sobti the man, and not just about ASR the character

and jobi, thank u for sharing ur experiences, i really loved reading them 😃 there is a huge part of Barun's fandom who's friends, families and even they themselves r shocked and surprised by their love and support for him, including me! and almost two years later we r still here, waiting for him to return. i have now realised that the majority of his actual fandom is not measurable. they're not online, they r people who loved the show, were impressed by his acting, enjoyed what he brought to his role and r waiting to see him act again, bas 😛 and they're not caught up in blame games, they just appreciated and were moved by his work, they recognised his talent and still recall it 20 months later and it makes me so happy every time we get a glimpse of Barun discovering this fact for himself 😃

Exactly!! I don't think many people would have remembered ASR for so long after the show had it not been for Barun's exemplary acting which brought the character to life for a lifetime.

It was a unique performance that only Barun could have given ( I cannot think of even a single seasoned actor in Bollywwood who could have given such an unforgettable performace. I can think of a few Hollywood one- Gregory Peck springs to mind instantly); he really gave it his soul and heart and made it look so effortless.

Actually a very wonderful part of this journey if being barun's fan has been watching HIM come to KNOW the extent of his stardom ... I do not think even HE comprehended it fully right till he saw it on umang ... Woh kehte hai na ... You are not successful UNLESS you are successful in YOUR house ... I mean .. He is not on social media so it does not matter how successful he is there ... But when Mumbai people and maybe someday Delhi people give him that kind of reception ... THAT is when it sinks in ...
Meghaa also went to that event with Ali Fazal ... Must be a lot of change of pace for her there too ... Not being mean ... Just saying ...

Everything is here, just find the avi and siggies, you will get instructions there.

right click on the avi you need and copy the url and go to dashboard, edit your profile and select preferences, click on yes to your show my avtars and siggies column, then at the bottom of that page, there is an empty bar, paste the url there. It will come.

For siggies, click on signatures just previous to preferences and in the box given there type IMG within the square bracket without any space and the url and then the /IMG within the square bracket and if you need more than one, repeat the same. The url you will get by right clicking on that siggies given in the post.
