hey tulsi am around just had 3-4 patients in between had gone to see them am here today, tomorrow I will be away and i think we will get some romance hopefully with adi Ayesha story and nik laajo too, I want some cute scene s between the two soon ...

I have to FF because no summer school for daughter.Right now she is taking a nap.So I am here😊

Am just waiting for my vacations now yaar. Too much hectic shcedule and issues
