Asha, I had to go to this potluck dinner type tonight and there were sooo many sweets (amongst other things) - I'm so stuffed right now, don't even know how I will get to sleep! I didn't even have half the desserts but here is just a sample of what was there:

French Macaroons (three different flavors - all amazing!)
Coconut macaroons
Tres leches cake
Tiramisu
Donuts
Brownies
Some other pastry type of thing
Chocolates
And more that I probably didn't even see!!!!

This was a little too much, even for my 32 sweet teeth!! LOL right now I'm wishing I could join the fad and go sugar free😆

Just google tres leches cake with chocolate ganache and you'll get an idea.

Basically it is a very moist, but heavy cake - three different types of milks are used to make the cake - there is also a lot of whipped cream, some fruit filling and the chocolate ganache really upped the decadence factor.
