Good lord- have you seen the weddings these days? The extravagance is... Mind blowing.

My aunt is well connected because her husband is a business man- she goes to a lot of weddings, and she was telling me how this one couple had seven different cuisines with three courses each just in food. Not counting dessert. And they had 1000+ people and rented a huge hall and it was just... Well, to someone like me, seemed a little er... Over the top?

Agree, I don't believe in over the top weddings and having people you dont know there. That's why I always say I love our wedding and one of the big reasons why we refuse to have another wedding. Our parents want us to have something but we have refused...

Di, LOL 😆 My dad gets super embarrassed whenever mom giggles about future. She's taken to giving me life lessons and tells me I should plan my future well- since I'm leaving home next year, amidst her tears and "who will I argue with?!" 😆 I'll miss them both so much!


I don't even know how the couple stands it. Maybe I'm just a loner though- I need my space after two hours with people, I'm done for. I like my alone time very much 😆

I saw a wedding photoshoot today, and the bride's train (is that what it is?) was brown from the dirt on the ground >.<

And honestly, your wedding seems a lot more fun, intimate and real than a wedding where the bride and groom are forced to sit on a stage with stiff smiles and postures on their faces while 400-500 people stare!!!
