It doesn't work anymore ? 😕 They didn't tell you why ? I got banned from mine once cause they thought I was spambot or something. I had to like confirm that I was human 😆 It might be better to try to fix your email ID than risking wiping out everything from your phone.

I got locked out. I emailed the Microsoft people and they verified that it's me and they sent me a link to reset password to that email. But I still can't log in looks like my password is changed
