It was an unexpected result of my weird experiments 🤣.🤣
I learn many stuffs just by experimenting 😆
But it needs some basic knowledge 🤔 can u work on animation in PS ? Then I can teach u 😊 or else u won't understand 😆

Wow ! Then its nothing tough for u 😊
Pick up any design/pic/text u want . Then by duplicating make 3/4 copies of same document . Then add noise/grain from filter in each , of different intensity . Then add those 3/4 documents in each frame of a single one in order of increasing noice/grains . Set frame timing as per ur wish . U r done 😃
