I think that people should spare the couple by pointing finger who was at fault.Both know each other for so long and if they decide to split then accept it as reality without putting blame on one of them.

I don't think she is rushing I am glad she got another show as lead.Female actors life as lead is very short so why not take the chance when its offered.
