Ashfi im making tera action abhi , so u can either remember this ya main txt daal doongi...

i use the action like this:

first make the whole edit(coloring n everything) and save it as PNG or JPG.
or flatten the image if you dont want to save it and again open.

now duplicate this image.

on the duplicated image apply the action(the action will reduce the opacity of ur dup. image to 42)

if you find it looking too blur you can reduce the opacity of the image to less.
Also you can add a simple 'sharpen' to the original(neeche waali) image.
