^I'll try coz i do all this in IR and i do a lot of random deleting to frames to get perfect tweens too so heres a professional one. no funny business.
--

ok so suppose u have 3(or more) gifs to tween each with same/diff no. of frames:

1)Make all the gifs(if you want you can color them and save them and then tween or just get them resized and everything but dont color and save till all tweened).

2)Make new document.(size your choice coz ur gifs might be or not be of same sizes and frames)

3)Get the 1st gif of yours on this new document by paste frame(paste over selection).
For ex: 1st gif has 4 frames , and u have pasted it on the new document.

4)Now select the last frame(4th) and paste gif 2(paste after selection).
For ex: 2nd gif has 8 frames and it will start from frame 5 and end in frame 12
.

5)
Now select the last frame(12th) and paste gif 3(paste after selection).
For ex: this gif will start from the frame that will be after 12 and go till end.

6)Now all gifs are overlapped on each other but have separate frames. If you still want more overlapping then position some more.

7)Tween: select frame 5(first frame of gif 2) , press tween button n do this:

Add frames no. is ur choice(i do 3 or 5).

No. of frames has also increased (3 news frames got added by tween).

You'll notice that frames 5 , 6 , 7 have become translucent and if you scroll your layer tab you'll se two layers visible at the time(this doesnt happens for gifs wen not tween)

also opacity of these layers will not be 100 but reduced to two diff. values:

Now select the 3 translucent frames(ctrl+ left clicks) and increase the opacity of the below layer to 100%:

Run your gif and see the overlapping.

Now select the first frame of gif 3(frame 13th) and repeat the tween settings till the step above^(tween/select frames/increase opacity).

Now keep adding gifs if want more.
Now to create a loop, meaning tweening the last gif with the first gif we do this:

Select the last frame of your very last gif. and do this(note the tween between is changed)
:

You'll get 3 translucent frames and two decreased opacity layers(the topmost layer in ur layer tab and the bottommost).
Now we increase the opacity to 100 of the bottommost layer(layer1):

All done!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Tis one is my jugaad wala kaam:
-----

Put gif 1 in a new document.

Bring gif 2:

Copy all frames of gif 2 and go to gif 1(in the new document).
Select the last 4 or 5 frames of gif 1 (ctrl + left clicks):

And do this:

^by selecting only a certain no. of frames and pasting over selection, gif 2 doesnt gets all over gif 1.

Now go to that first frame which has both gifs(here frame 13) decrease gif 2 opacity from 100 to some random 20:

Then frame 14 to a little more than 20:

Then 15 to some where in 60-70:

and the last , 16th to some 80-90:

Then from 17 till end(where there is no gif 1 below) keep it 100:

To create a loop(last frame of the last gif and 1frame of the first gif) do a small tween like you did in the above tut.

All done.

I even have this pathetic example saved though it doesn't have loop:

AND CAN SOMEONE TEACH ME HOW TO MERGE/TWEEN , etc TWO GIFS IN WHICH ONE IS COLORED AND ONE IS BB/W?
COZ WEN I DO THE COLORED BECOMES B/W TOO.
SEE THE ABOVE ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!🤢

That seemed easy, I'll try it too. I've done tweening a couple of times but not with so many gifs.

Can anyone explain how the gif was done that's in Shru's siggydabba? The Somerhalder/Felton one.

^this ones really simple didu.!!

1) I made the siggy of Tom Ian(the stationary portion) and saved it as PNG.

2) I made the gifs, merged them by doing:
New document, copy-paste gif 1 and grouped it(Ian) , copy paste gif 2 and grouped it(tom).
Added the PSD above and then masked Tom's gif so that it looked merged with Ian's.

3)Then I open the siggy(PNG) separately.

4)Go back to the gifs and do: Image<canvas size<470*670(my siggy size).
5)Drag this siggy into the gifs.
It'll come in only one frame so do ctrl+M(not case sensitive) and just press OK wen a dialog box will come and the siggy will get visible in all frames.

Now see that the siggy is the topmost thing coz its colored and all and we dont want it ruined.

6)Add layer Mask to siggy and start rubbing off the empty portion of the sig so that the gifs can come infront. Do this with soft brush size 65-100 and opcity70-100.
Then where ever you feel that the sig got rubbed off to much do a un-rub with the same brush or with 300px brush but opacity not more than 60-65.
Keep this up till u are satisfied and when all done type a text and save!!😃
