She does not do enough homework on the plot and without a few scenes, she has no idea how to thread the story. Thats why things go haywire in the middle .. 6 months contract marriage is added later on ... Characters lose their basics ..

Actually the contract marriage for 6 months was SP's idea. Gul and SP had lot of creative differences over the show. But in Zee there is nothing like that, but still she is unable to do an successful show. All the shows have the same storyline and hence even the actors after getting some recognition want to leave. Not all are like Barun slogging on 2 things just because they feel obliged to the PH.

I think it is not only about recognition .. They dont get what they are promised initially. See everyone wanted to leave IPK .. All the parallel leads. She isnt good at planning .. Remember the lack of promotion .. the horrible schedules .. Did that improve with QH?
