Summary till now

Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara is the story of 34 year old Saachi Prabhu and 27 year old Dhruv Kumar set in the scenic backdrop of Panchgani. Saachi's family includes her Aaji, Nani , sister Prachi and brother Advait. She takes care of the strawberry farm started by her father and runs the family business of making jams and jelly.Her parents passed away in an accident when she was 19 and since then she is the man of the house taking care of her grannies and siblings. Her cousin brother Pradeep owns half of the land and Saachi has taken it on lease. He wants to sell it off now. He creates problem for her but she somehow manages to pacify him each time. Her best friend is Dilshad who stays in the opposite house. They have a nosy and loud mouthed neighbour Ulka who walks in and out of the house as she wishes. She brought many prospective grooms for Saachi but Saachi rejected all of them because of her responsibilites.

Dhruv a lawyer by profession comes to Panchgani on vacation for a para gliding course. His first meeting with Saachi is a disaster and she is wild at him . This is followed by many such disastrous meeting and each time Dhruv is at the receiving end of Saachi's temper. Coincidentally he stays as a paying guest at Dilshad's place and keep bumping into Saachi all the time. Soon he makes friends with Advait, Aaji, Nani and is welcomed into the Prabhu household as a family member. They love his cheerful, happy-go-lucky and helpful nature . Saachi does not take him seriously and thinks he is young and immature .

Just before Ganesh Utsav Saachi and Dhruv get into an ugly spat involving Advait. Dhruv takes Advait for para gliding and he gets hurt. Saachi is very angry and shouts at Dhruv for misguiding her brother and Dhruv almost leaves Panchgani. She apologises later and he stays back. This is the beginning of their friendship and we find Dhruv always by her side helping and supporting her. There were some major issues during her sister Prachi's wedding and each time Dhruv helped her overcome all that. By the time Prachi's marriage was over Dhruv realised that he is

in love with Saachi but he is unable to express his feelings to Saachi and decides to leave Panchgani.

Pradeep files a case with regard to the leased land . Saachi's lawyer refuse to fight the case one day before the hearing. She is left in the lurch and her only option is Dhruv. She stops him in the nick of time from leaving Panchgani. He promises to fight the case for her. The hearing is at Pune and they travel together . Saachi loses the case and she is shattered. At that point Dhruv confess his love for her. Saachi is shocked and angry. She immediately shuts him out of her life. Dhruv does not give up. He keeps coaxing her to confess and finally on Diwali night she tells the three magical words. Dhruv is elated and the couple and happy in their own little fantasy world. Dhruv celebrates her birthday. Something she has not done in the past 19 years because its the same day her parents passed away. He gives her solitaire and propose marriage.They try to tell Aaji and Nani about their relationship but something comes inbetween and they are unable to do so.

The last time, Dhruv is about to tell them when Saachi receive a phone call that Advait met witha an accident as is in hospital. Saachi see this as a bad omen but Dhruv reassures her that eveything will be fine.

Summary for the week : Saachi returns the engagement ring

Advait regains consciousness and he is out of danger. Saachi and Dhruv are sent home by others to take rest since they were in the hospital throughout. Saachi makes coffee for him and they indulge in some intimate moment. Their world is shattered when Ulka finds Saachi in Dhruv's arm. She insults DV and questions his character and motive. When Saachi

tries to defend him, Ulka taunts her also. Saachi is terribly upset and begs her not to tell Aaji-Nani as she wants to break the news to them herself. Ulka gives her 24 hrs. Advait is back home and notice DV missing.Saachi tries to tell Grannies about her and DV during dinner but do not muster enough courage. She goes to her room and thinks how to tell them. DV comes and comforts her and they decide to go down together and break the news. When they come down Ulka has already given a crass and indecent picture to Grannies and done the damage. Aaji is shattered on hearing the news and demands an explanation from Saachi. Saachi confirms that they are a couple. Aaji scolds her and Saachi is ashamed and upset. Advait also express his displeasure on their relationship to Dhruv. Ulka along with colony ladies bad mouth Saachi. Dils give them all a piece of her mind.Saachi and Dhruv have to face lot of humiliation from everyone and finally Saachi unable to bear the trauma she can created for her old Grannies returns the ring to Dhruv. Pradeep takes advantage of the situation and makes his move. He tells Saachi that her father has transferred the entire property in his name. He tells Sunil to inform Prachi about her share and influence her to go against Saachi. Prachi comes home and demand her share . A shocked Saachi refuse to sell the land and she leaves in a huff. Dhruv waits for Saachi near the gate to talk to her. Finally Dils take him inside and he again tell Aaaji that he loves her. Aaaji is angry and shouts at him to get out.

Irritating scene of the week

The most irritating scene this week was Ulka calling Dhruv all kind of names , saying that guys like him trap innocent girls , have fun with them and then disappear. When Saachi tries to support him Ulka says ' aag donotaraf se lagi hai ' She accuses Saachi of being characterless, forgot all her sanskaar and went into the arms of a younger boy.

Heart touching scene of the week

Its Saachi returning the ring. Dhruv's shock and disbelief. Saachi telling sorry to him and Dhruv asking her not to do this and Saachi telling him not to make it more difficult for her.She cannot go against her Aaji , Nani and Advait and give them more pain and sadness and Dhruv asks her ' Aur Mujhe de sakthi hai' . Saachi is speechless and cries a lot. Keeps saying Sorry DV many times after he leaves.

Message to the makers-

JeeLeZara is a breath of fresh air with an amazing and experienced Star Cast and a fresh storyline.Dont ruin it with unnecessary drama.Age difference is a big issue.Try to resolve it with more reality

TURNING POINT OF THE WEEK

the story took a dramatic turn when ulka caught saachi in dhruv's arms in the kitchen after addu was out of danger,and she started bad mouthing against saachi,dv's relationship which instigated her family against her and she had to break her relationship with dv and agreeing 2 marry someone else..

SaRuv Scene of the week

I have one of the toughest category to select... We like all the SaRuv scenes and when they both are in a frame, the beauty of the scene mesmerizes us fans... As we cannot include all the scenes, I have choosen 3 important scenes from the story so far.

Scene 1:

DV getting mesmerized and immersed in the beauty of Sanchi. The beauty of the scene comes from the unusual style of situation. Sanchi the woman is trying to fix the electricity problem where as DV the man is standing and holding the torch for her.

This is the first time, DV got attracted and kept on looking at Sanchi... She gives a nice smile.. Sanchi in beautiful sari and DV in white T with their subttle performance show us how the glimpse of love has started flowing... This scene is the start to their love story.

On a second note, symbolically we can see that in their lives, Sanchi will hold the position of executor and DV the torch bearer of their love.

Scene 2:

Sanchi accepts her love for DV... One of the fantastic scenes where both the actors enacted the scene with a power packed performance.

DV comes into the room of Sanchi and asks her to speak out her heart... where as she is worried that he will be caught in her room... under pressure that Addu is nearing the room and he may see DV, she blurts out that she loves DV... immediately a big sigh and relief.. she hugs him and assures, confirms that she loves him... Then after she raises Q on the commitment and continuiation of this relation, DV comes back to her on the terrace and assures her that their new found love has to be nurtured by both of them... when he says, he will leave the place if she is not ready to stand up for their love, she request him to stay back and hugs him

Scene 3: DV's proposal and ring...

The high point of the love story. DV sneaks into Sanchi's room on her birthday and surprises her with a proposal. I do not have words to describe the happiness of Sanchi or the contentment in the eyes of DV. This sig says everything..

The show started with a very fresh concept of age difference in which the girl (Sanchi) is older then the boy (Dhruv).
The show gave a promising start with lots of conflicts between the lead pair and some lovely moments.
The show faced many ups and downs in the track which was appriciated by the loyal audiance and the show continued to be a good one.
The confession if love from both the sides added cherry on the cake.
The show also hd aome bloppers which most of the shows hve which can be neglected.
On the basis of story, acting, screenplay.concept I would rate the show from the start till date ona sacle if 10.i would give it 8.5/10
