ya zumba dance fitness is designed to hv fun and shed calories and fat...i badly need to burn belly n waist fat i don't hv time to hit the gym so i decided to do zumba at my pace at home ...ydau i did 1 hr😉 it was really fun

Me too need to burn my legs fat a lil bit but dont know how to do this Dont u feel tired di doing Zumba Dance fitness and all house chores too
