arre new recipe! tell me one thing...I keep reading that you are trying different green mango recipes. but aren't they like REALLY sour!! we make chutneys out of them...and we have to add SO much sugar to balance it out!

was checking my mails and got some quotes through the usual forwarded mails.. have been hearing the word "freedom" a lot these days regarding some things on IF and this quote just caught my attention.. sharing it here .. people nowadays conveniently forget the red part itseems (good night/day..again)😊

I love sour and spicy mix ... Less sugar better for me. Not a sugar person other than dark chocolate.

This one is 1 cup green mango cubes 2 cups water with 1 tsp pudina 1 tsp black salt 1 pinch black pepper and a bit of green chilli ... Blend together. Serve chilled.

edit: you said tell me one thing and I read tell me the recipe 🤪

do u remember khushi saying this dialogue to ASR when she gave resignation letter after GH incident?

Mmm...sounds good. But with absolutely no sugar...won't it be too sour to handle??

I guess the bengali in me is speaking out...we HAVE to put sugar in everything! Even while cooking north indian or other recipes...I'll always add one dash of sugar! 😆

Anyway...I totally understand u! Studying was my least favorite activity all through my school/college life. Hated to do it. Had to be tricked, forced, coerced, blackmailed...what not! Luckily I got good grades somehow, so was saved from the wrath of my family. But they still wonder, that without studying if I got these grades, then what would have happened if I had studied diligently! They may be thinking that I missed out on becoming a NASA scientist due to my lack of interest in studies!

Yes I remember. 😃 I had thought of spiderman dialogue even then when I had seen that scene! 😆

but kya scene tha boss! Though I did think khushi was shouting unnecessarily...bechara dumbstruck hoke khada tha! but the execution was so good those days, that even if the story/scene content is not 100% convincing, they would execute it in such a way, that you would buy it!
