Click on ''My Dashboard''

U will see the list like
Profile
Scrapbook
Testimonials and so on...

Just above this list and below your current dp display u will see ''Update Photo'' ... it's in blue colour...
Click on that, then you will have a new browser opened and you will have to choose your pic from your PC ... if the size is too big it will not accept but most of the time downloaded pics do good :)
