when my niece was born dadi was like don't eat this, don't eat that although doc was like there's no prob...eat whatever you like

Exactly ... And doctors don't advice that belt you wear you know to keep stomach flat ... But they still do it !

I've tried the lemon honey thing a year or so back. got tired and stopped. there's no short cut to losing weight. our exercise cycle is rotting somewhere too. :-D
