Sammy I may be wrong but Sikh ka mannat of not taking hair and beard happens only 2 times

The caption it self says it's an interview with a Radio channel..and that's an RJ!!If that indeed was a romantic lunch/breakfast with wifey dear..Why would his PR people term it as an interview??
