I think more than a Swayam, you need a Rey right now. Someone strong, supportive, understanding and unconditional enough. [I am not going by Palki's definition of ShaRey, but my own].

Seriously, there are phases one needs a friend more. But I do agree with you, both Rey and Swayam are kinda hypothetical...but a "close enough prototype" won't hurt :)

I just need um, a human being who doesn't shove hurt in my face. Besides, I hate it when the man you 'love' is not your best friend. According to my theory, every Sharon's best friend should be Swayum and not Rey. Best friends should make convenient lovers.

Anyway, she is my oldest friend. She's pretty um, no-nonsense on a level she doesn't wanna understand what she thinks can come in her way to study and concentrate on making a life for herself, so she keeps away from both her and my feelings. =)
