My definition of a best friend is someone who's love for me I dun doubt, someone who understands me as well as I understand myself. I have really good friends who love me, but I doubt all of them and I dun think they understand so much as the meaning of my name. 😳

God, I can't believe how similar your situation sounds with mine. "Best friend" blues n shit...

I am still dealing with my angst against this guy who used to call him my "best friend", "forever admirer" and stuff...and then he goes abroad to study, and stops calling. Point blank! Tried sooo hard to get in touch somehow... even mailed him in desperation to give our friendship a closure of some sort...like talk to me once and end it if its such an "albatross", coz I deserved that much... 7 years of friendship!

And what does he give me...? Another royal ignore. This was about a couple of years back. Now he is back in India...stays in the same city...and is f**king in touch with EVERY one of our common friends...but me.

What went wrong...I still have no clue.

Jerks gallore... I have stopped counting on how many times I have broken down over this.

All I can say is, this guy u are talking about K, sounds similar inside... a jellyfish with NO feelings or a backbone... iVibe.

This one is a pretty poor bloke, close to his feminine side, pretty embarrassed to have a girl for a best friend and then 'I am big and fat too'. It's idiotic how these people reason with themselves. I have been fooled by a cyber jackass, I have been rendered hormonal-ly stagnant because of that. At least I can't be made a fool of again. But then AGAIN, you're right, they are all spineless and unreasonable idiots and they've 'damaged' my character to such an extent that whoever of their lot qualifies for a decent male is someone I can hardly deserve to be associated with. Venomous and cynical, good ones dun deserve that, do they?

With the additional worry, that my little brother might become one of the jerks soon too. Basically, iScared. 😳

Well fair enough.. bt still.. u cn let go f the self imposed barrier lil bit...

plus u nvr know when u'l hit it off wid sum1.. i hv plenty f childhood frnds or ppl i hv literally grown up wid bt my best frnd today is sum1 i met only 3yrs bk n hated at the 1st meeti!! :P
