alrighty, so I'm just a casual viewer unlike you dedicated ones and I mostly go by Rafi's YT updates or written updates on SS. But ummm I did use to like them around the first confrontation till the goa stuff. then, they got royally butchered. I caught some stuff here and there depending on what popped up on YT feeds and then, I saw this monday and tuesday's episode too. anyhow, barring the "intensity" stuff, it was a pretty good SS sequence.

I agree on Monday's sequence did seem to bring back that inherent SS vibe and that's why it turned out to be the way it did. They were candid and they were honest which is what matters.

Now, coming to the "confession," -- this was the confession from Sharon. I don't even see any need for them to show her spell out "I love you" to him now because like you said, just the fact that she LET him tell her he loves her.. heck she actually prompted him to say that to her is bigger than any "I love you" type confession from her. She accepted his love for her and she's just apprehensive about loving him back enough, that's it. Dunno why they came up with this random "intensity" stuff but like I had mentioned earlier in the pm, apprehension is the right word/issue.

@Clean slate versus Starting over--- I concur with you on the "starting over" bit. There can't be a clean slate between them because of their history and history can be forgotten but not erased completely. so yeah, it's definitely a "starting over" for SS in those terms...especially from Sharon's perspective.

Sharon's past denial, anger, bargaining, depression (sorta) phases and is now on to the "acceptance" phase. LOL funny isn't it? 😆 DABDA seems to fit in "love" stuff as much as it does to grieving! Elizabeth Kubler Ross is a genius! lol

anywho, hopefully they'll manage to take the story forward from hereon instead of sticking them in yet another limbo.
