Tanu - too bad😭. I have started seeing DK and yes, slowly getting interesting - too much Urdu for my taste - still to get used to it I guess - though I can follow it. Too bad the Zee remake is no good!!

Methinks to ensure that they dont change script too much - keeping a 1 week stock of episodes is NOT a bad idea - I mean you dont want wild fluctuations in the story - b) you can manage absentee-ism, acne and other such issues ? :)

Helllooo! 🤗 Anyone around? Yaar, I've been trying to find Humsafar on YT, but for some reason, I can't view the link! I remember seeing some random episode on TV some time ago and liking it, but I've not been able to trace it since! 😭

@Geeta: I couldn't agree more with you..DK has spoilt me rotten..I think it was after I started watching DK when I realized how horrible AnYa chemistry was..Ahmer and Zoya managed to make my heart skip a beat and made me fall in love with the concept of being in love despite the fact that DK is possibly the cleanest romantic drama till date.. I mean the closest gesture of intimacy had been them holding hands during that med camp..Now that is chemistry, that is brilliant acting..👏 It goes to show how superlative the entire team of DK was from the writer, the director, and of course the actors for them to churn out one of the best romantic dramas ever made under such strict censorship rules..AnYa hugs, eye locks, hand hold can never ever evoke the the warm gooey feeling that a simple Ahmer-Zoya scene evoked in me while the two of them were telling stories to a sick kid, or when he consoled a distraught Zoya after the bomb blast incident..DK was, is, and will always be my most favourite show..It is pure magic!!❤️

And oh same pinch Geeta..I love the language Urdu..It has such an air of sophistication..

Until I watched DK, I was able to put up with AnYa chemistry, but after that, no matter how much I try, their chemistry seems sooo fake to me, their looks sooo childish, they just leave me absolutely cold. And oh same pinch Geeta..I love the language Urdu..It has such an air of sophistication..Yup, yup yup, not only is it sophisticated, but also very romantic. That is why all our hindi songs earlier had so much urdu in them...since the poets & writers were all from pre-independence Punjab, now in Pak...

awwwh I left DK like till 7 episodes but I guess im gonna start watching it again! I didn't really get that much time to watch but who cares I shall make time 😛

@Geeta- Totally agree! While I agree that we got an eyelock after so long, the timing, place, and the emotions were all weird! How I miss those initial episodes, where they'd talk through their eyes across the room!
