yeah results r out di
sugar lever..a bit lower thn normal!!
heamoglobin also a bit lower!!!😃

it was just the high level of insulin tht
is responsible for my
increasing weight
since i don't eat much junk food
and stuff
i dun eat lunch or dinner properly either!!😆
so got meds for tht!!😳
and hands...they ached the whole day
dats y couldn't give a long FT update!!!😕
