I am transferring stuff in DVD and it says you are about to create multisession once write Disc. It mite not be readable with some DVD ROM. Then I have two options burn multisession and without multisession. What shd I choose?

A single session disc is where you burn the whole thing in one go.

A multi session disc is where you burn some of the disk, then (later on) decide to add more files to it so you burn some more into the empty space.

Some systems can only read what was written in the first session..

Nami so how shd I save it multisession or one session? If I save it without multisession will I be able to read it in all systems?

Some sys will recognize only d 1st session.. so.. keep dat im mind n den burn..
