and u knw before whe jerymy came in and beth's parents r talking to MD ki how they dnt want beth to get attached to someone who might die coz if he dies beth wnt want to live she wld want to live to fight for a life and if that wanting of living is killed she wnt fight at alllllllllll.....omg did u see this was exactly what Derek's fear was back in S3 wen she drowned and he said i dunno if i can kepe breathing for u?...not coz he didnt want to breathe for her but damn it when she stopped breathign his will to fight to go on too wldnt be there so how cld he go on breathing for herself or for his own self?????? u know?

and i dunno that moment the way beth says u changed my life omggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg i jsut felt like hugging MerDer there u cld so so see they r syaing that to each other feeling it living it feeling blesseeeeeeeeeed that yes no matter what happens this cant be taken away from them

and the way they r just looking for signs like jeremy's death killed Derek coz he wanted to save not just this life but this love story and just when he gave up just when he gave up Mer stepped in and didnt let him give up even if it meant bending the rules pushing things she didnt give up he gave up but SHE STOOD FIRM SHE KEPT ON BELIEVING....and when beth said if i gave up jeremy wld be so maaaaaaad...me looked at Derek she was like yes i dnt want u to give up to stop trying...its just so beautiful whenever one of them falls back the other is always there to rise them back uppppppppppppppp...and beth's survival was his BIGGEST BIGGEST SIGN .....thats what he says in Elevator Love Letter scene when beth survived thats when i knew I FREAKING NEED YOU......link all this to ELL and how he says if there is a crisis u dnt frase u move fwd u take the rest of us to move fwd...they were in crisis here he wanted to give up on the trial but she moved fwd even if it meant him hating her,,,she moved fwd.....he got emotional carried away she held her ground focused on the bigger picture ki no matter wat happens beth will die but this surgery might be her last freaking shot....and she wnt stop trying wnt stop hoping and neither wld let him...no matter what...its just aaaaaaaah
