Even i dont like Karela 😆 Mom cook ko bhi Karela bulaati hein 😆

made karela pyaaz :) After washing & removing the skin..cut ker k thora namak laga ker 20 minutes k liye chor diya. Phir paani mein thora boil kiya. Next fried them in oil.

Phir onions ko kacha pakka fry kiya...added salt, red chilli, zeera, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes etc. Karelay add ker k thori deir low heat per chor diya :)

That was our cook's way of making...warna i wouldnt have fried them after boiling. Kaafi log tomatoes bhi nahi daaltey.

COOL.

My mom makes by simple frying: slicing and frying ... at times adds onions. Or, she makes karela ka bharwa ... I eat the bharwa 😆😆😆
