This reunion scene had one of Emily's best acting. She was fabulous! Like you said, her heart was in her eyes. Every split second emotion that crossed her eyes made the scene so touching. I am also sympathizing with Brennan a lot. Yeah, even if Brennan goes and starts dating people worse than Hacker, I will still sympathize with her.....as long as she doesn't act like the Brennan in the last GD episode😆. But well, Brennan being detached and all makes sense, and the fouls she does (eg. Jared epi & GD epi), she quickly redeems herself by doing things which makes you feel sad for her (knocking Jared off the stool & making that bday toast for Booth, season 5 finale episode). It definitely did yaar.....Em is anyways a fab actress IMO who never gets her due *sigh* but anyways.....I just LOVED that bit.....I just keep staring at it in my avi as well....such fab transition of expressions....she showed every emotion of Brennan so beautifully...that first light of joy in her eyes at seeing him.....the love, the happiness instantly in her eyes unguarded....and then the affectionate hug...and then after she pulls back, THEN comes the awkwardness.....so PERFECTLY played out....and even more amazing were her expressions after she says "heart attacks are very serious" and Booth says "very very serious"....oh man my heart went out to her there....and seriously I've missed her cute awkward jealousy...."You arrested me once too"....just the way she said it.....only Brennan has that rare combination of making you laugh at the things she says yet still you can't help but go awww and giving her a hug......It feels like a lot of Brennan's defenses have come down and she's not able to harden her heart as much as she was once able to....you can see the sadness and regret in her eyes even though she probably doesn't fully realize it herself.

Now Booth, he needs to act himself. I can understand him being practical and finding happiness, but showing off Hannibal's pic? Really? Isn't he the same guy who would keep his dating and s*x life from professional boundaries? Then why he is making it a point to let everyone know how 'amazing' his Hannibal is and how happy he is to move on? The change in Booth is not convincing😕. He wasn't hopping around and mentioning Catherine to any people who would listen when he was dating catfish aunty. It's another thing that Catfish Aunty could even make a zombie bored with her presence, but still........even when Booth wasn't 'in love' with Brennan like how he is now, he never kept going 'Tessa Tessa', with whom he was rather in a very 'serious' relationship. But now, when he knows that he loves Brennan, he knows that she knows, he knows that she knows he made a practical choice of moving on, he is going on and on about this stalker. Seriously Booth, get into character. WORD.....I can understand that they are trying to change the dynamic a bit this season and bring something different to the table.....but I can't see Booth so easily comfortable with Brennan and gushy wushy about Hannibal also.....it just feels wrong....maybe I sound like a demented fangirl😆....but that's how I feel....it's too hard to watch.....feels like I'm watching some other guy and not Booth😕.....but chalo I'll give them time.....they've tried to shake things up.....I'm sure as the season progresses, Booth will get back to Booth mode.....don't want him to be so flippant around Brennan also....as if he himself has forgotten what happened in the 100th epi :P.....but they've set an interesting base for the season....Booth will deffo have to struggle with the realization sooner or later that he can't move on. Btw have you heard Hannibal's voice in the new promo?? SO annoying! Ughhh


I absolutely LOVE Hodgins. The guy is so endearing. He was overwhelmed and all about being a dad. Awwwwwwww......The one character who has never had a character change even for a second. I love hodgins so much.....even when he used to come up with those conspiracy theories, when he gave Zack such a hard time, when he fell for Angela but she didn't want to date him, when he lost both his love and his best friend, when he was in that constant angry mode, when he was in jealous mode, and now when he is in this emotional 'i am gonna be a dad' phase.......seriously, one of the most amazing character. Totalllllyyyyyyy yaar he was sooooooooo adorable! I absolutely LOVED the Angela-Hodgins scene....far more than the weirdo hookup + wedding they showed last season😕😆.....now this is the Angela-Hodgins I found adorable in season two......and now to see Hodgins as an emotional dad is seriously the sweetest thing....he really is one of the best characters.....hope they give him more scope this season and explain his backstory as well.

Wendell was too cute. My favorite intern too😳. Love his scenes with Brennan. He had that charmingly cute smile plastered in his face throughout the episode. I really hope there isn't rotation of interns in this season and that Wendell stays. As for, which intern who will die issue....hope its Daisy. And if death is out of charts, and only 'serious injury' is the case, then Wendell is fine.....don't want Daisy to take any limelight coz of any injury. Ahh Wendell was sooooooo amazing in the epi! I think I'm developing a more serious crush on him now😆.....LOVED his scene with Brennan...dunno why but I found his bemused smiles at Brennan there so cute!😆.....I SO hope that Daisy's the one that dies! *prays fervently*😆.....I want them to bring back VNM somehow....I'm oddly missing his weird fact spouting😆....the rest I don't really care for....they should make Wendell a permanent character IMO....like his bonding with Hodgins too.

I didn't know that I would like Angela so much in this episode, but loved her a lot. And Caroline-Brennan scene was so funny and adorable. Oh Brennan......*sigh* Seriously Ange was toooooo sweet in the epi....that scene when Brennan and her are talking in the diner....I loved how that scene played out....first with her trying to be sympathetic when Brennan told her about Booth's gf and then shaking her head hopelessly as Brennan continues in robotic denial mode😆....the convo about the dreams really amused me...Ange got so excited when Brennan said that she dreamt about Booth and then when Brennan's like "I dreamt that we were catching bad guys" etc. etc....Ange just sighs hopelessly and she's like that means that you are going to die alone and loveless😆😆....LOVE their friendship....and loveddddddddd Brennan's impulsive hugs that she was giving to Ange and even tried to Caroline later on....she was sooooooo adorable in the epi yaar...I really wanted to give her a hug too😆

Yep, she's the same actress who's in that Daastan show too. She's pretty good in this show.. or maybe I'm biased coz I haven't seen Daastan except for the avi you posted but story aur director se kaafi farq parta hai..

Re. that Sangini article - Seriously.. The Gauri's character butchering was one of the major points that turned me off. Lol Anu is right.. the author does seem like a AG fan but all said and done.. the story is full of loopholes and damn confusing.. Thank god I don't get Zee Tv warna beth jaati koi na koi episode dekhne.. 😆

Hmmm....Booth will get back to Booth mode as the season progresses. Currently he is still under the Hannibal spell. Being with Brennan, he will know that she is the one for him. He already knows that, but well, once he embraces the fact, he will stop chasing weirdos and will starting behaving like himself. Hannibal makes him happy for whatever reason, no doubt. But Brennan and him belong together. Being away from her, made it easy for him to keep those feelings aside and move on. But now that he is in her presence again, I really hope all that emotions drives him crazy so that we can see the i-love-you-so-much-it-hurts look.Wordddddddd! That's exactly what I was thinking too...cuz let's see...last time he tried to move on with Catfish Aunty, Brennan was very much in the picture....right there in front of him everyday...the STANDARD as he said himself :P...but being away from her for seven months...totally cut off...I think he finally managed to move on like he's tried to so much last season but failed...but the only reason he succeeded now (or atleast managed to succeed more than last time :P) is cuz Brennan wasn't around....but now that they're back together...he won't be able to be as flippant about this in the long run...That "I love you so much it hurts" look will deffo be back...for now, I'm just hoping that we still get nice BnB ending moments in the upcoming epis...more poignant ones...I want their dynamic back....the first epi was nice but from Booth's side, the dynamic didn't feel as regular...Brennan toh was just so "eeee" about being back with him and expressing it every chance she got too...."I find this very comforting" awwww😆

I didn't catch the promo, but did heard Hannibal's voice in the episode 2 clip that I 'accidentally' watched😆. It's irritating. And something tells me that if not as boring as Catfish Aunty, Hannibal isn't going to be an interesting character either. She seemed very 'blah' in the clip. Not impressed with her acting skills either. And I am not being biased in judging her....lol. LOL you watched a clip from epi 2...."accidentally"? haha....I didn't watch any of the epi clips released cuz I wanted to watch everything firsthand in the epi....anyways yeah I agree with you....so far Hannah doesn't seem to be an interesting character to me either....Catfish Aunty was mindnumbingly boring but Hannah just seems to be blah in a fashion too....I didn't like her acting skills much either....I don't think it's just my bias either....lol.....seriously out of all of Booth's 'hook ups'....if I think back now I still prefer Cam cuz she's just sooooooo sweet somehow, isn't she?? Tamara's so gorgeous!

Awww....you want VNM back somehow. He was nice too. Wendell is amazing....but Nigel was nice. I didn't mind Aarastoo either after he got rid of the accent, but won't miss him. Vincent won lottery or sth right? and that's why he left? Or am I mixing him up with some other intern. LOL I don't really care much for Arastoo....he bored me big time....lol they said that VNM won a million dollars on Jeopardy which is like a TV game show where you answer all these questions about facts/general knowledge etc😆....so it's quite believable that VNM would win something like that😆....Fisher is the one that checked into a depression rehab clinic or something😆....I found him funny too....but yeah Wendell is the one with the best potential to be a permanent character...I want them to do that.

Totally! I want more focus on Hodgins this time. Till now, I have been at one point or other have been irritated with one or the other character of Bones. But Hodgins (barring Zack) never irritated me. Maybe in some episodes he didn't do anything worth mentioning, but he never did anything that would annoy me. He has always been an endearing character. So true yaar....sometimes they put Hodgins in the background and don't give him much to do but he's the one character that's never annoyed me either....love all his character quirks and the fact that he's such a softie....especially when it comes to his friends, Angela and their baby....awww😆...I just want them to show more of his family background....there is so much potential there.

Brennan looks totally adorable in her bangs. In a bit or two she looked a bit older, but mostly she looked like a young girl😆.....I especially like her look in the bit when she was examining the remains and her hair was tied and towards the end when she runs to the logan kid. The hairstyle suits her a lot. Oh, and I so loved the second, quick hug, that Brennan gave Angela. It was so 'sisterly' like. The gleam in her eyes and the smile made her look like a teenager hugging her sister....lol. LOL I think it's cuz of that child-like excitement with which Brennan talks sometimes...that's what makes her look like a young teenage girl....and now even more so with that hairstyle😆....seriously her and Ange totally did look like sisters in that scene when they hugged....it was the sweetest thing seriously....Brennan was sooooooooo happy for her and Ange couldn't stop smiling....awwww....oh yeah her expression when she runs to that Logan kid and talks to him....loveddddd her smile there and did you see the way the kid smiled at her?? awwww

I forgot about the title of the epi while discussing the episode. But now that you mention it and the symbolism it actually makes sense. This is pretty interesting.....Yeah I also didn't think of it until I read about it there.....does sound interesting to me as well

Yeah I got that sense too....like he was showing off an object...I really didn't like that scene🤢....He deffo wasn't Boothy...not Boothy the way we like him that is...lol....otherwise he has his confidence back totally unlike last season which mostly showed a more sombre Booth for the most part barring a few epis here and there...Oh he'll come around, Mash....of that I'm certain....but it might take time...with Hannah in the picture, things are deffo going to be weird and I'm sure he's going to piss me off in more scenes as well....this is the season for us to sympathize with Brennan and be pissed off with Booth it seems😆....What I got from the scene with Sweets is that that is what Booth has told himself...for his peace of mind..he thinks this was the best solution...you move on when there doesn't seem to be a future with a relationship...so he's thinking of the "logic" of it...and that's why he's trying to make such a show of showing that he's "moved on" as well....but I think as the season progresses, there will be cracks in this new "perfect utopia" that Booth thinks he's created for himself with Hannah....most of the articles suggest that Brennan is going to like Hannah and think that Booth's happiness lies with Hannah so she will resign herself to that and try to be happy for him....not that she'll necessarily succeed....that's where all the angst will come in from I think....her struggling with her regrets, feeling that she's lost something that she can't/doesn't know how to get back and him struggling with the realization that he really hasn't moved on like he thinks he has.

Hodgins was sooooooo cute in that Angela-Hodgin scene...The way his head was stuck on that I'll-have-a-baby/I'm-going-to-be-a-dad while Angela was talking away was so sweet...With all the anger issues and weird conspiracy theories in his head, he has a softness to his character...he's highly emotional about the ppl he loves...Yep and I love that emotional side of him....it's so sweet...and the man has seriously gorgeous eyes!😆...the scene when he kept repeating that I'm going to be a dad and then Angela's like you better not be tearing up now....awww...and the way he was just looking at her *sigh* such a sweeeeeet scene...I love Angela-Hodgins like this!

Oooh I LOVEE the hairstyle, it makes her look younger, spunkier...and I LOVEE the Angela-Brennan scene too..The way The whole exchange from Booth to the baby...and seriously the way Brennan instinctively hugged Angela had me go awwww...Yep it deffo makes her look younger and spunkier and I'm loving that too! I hope they show more of an action-oriented Brennan this season who kicks some more butt! Woohoo!😆😆




As for BnB dynamic and the reunion scene...*sigh* will be back in a while with my comments..It's past midnight and I haven't had my dinner yet...Aww ok go have your dinner yaar....will look forward to your comments on that scene later :-)
