sorry was on phone for the past hour discussing the cost/profits/margin etc of a workshop and the dark practices that many manufacturers adopt which affects the quality of car services. If anyone is interested...maybe I can share some excerpts..but I wont write this on my blog.

Yeah tell me! I'm interested because I was just reading about the dark practises in reality shows which Indradhanush posted on II5 forum!
