@Sonia; LOLL it's not like the guy is amaaaaaaazing at acting or anything yaar.....but overall I think he's better than Mohit....Mohit has still to date not fully eased into his role as the 'flirt'....his body language is never fully comfortable....it's always a bit put on.

The Sameer guy is relatively more relaxed that way...he nails most of his humorous scenes like the ones with his brothers...as for the love angle with Avni....I find that all OTT to begin with, so I forward all those starefests of his with Avni...LOLL

Waise I was also pleasantly surprised to see Avni in that kurta and jeans in the first epi....too bad they've stuck her to wearing suits only since :S

@Nisha and reva: Exactly yaar... Shy girls can be, and infact are selfish and lazy too, you know? They don't have to exactly be these pure, pavitra, selfless, hard-working stereotypes you see on TV... It really puts me off, because it such a misogynistic view in my opinion... Because this kind of characterization of all our heroines promotes this totally backward ideal of women that in order to be considered good-hearted, they have to be completely selfless, sacrificial, hard-working, respectful, covered etc.t, all the time..... Whereas I see far more allowances for the heros in this respect.

Just got up, thanks to the two dreams I had about my results (they're out any day now, and I expect to do quite well. Not a GPA of 4... But above 3.5): One, I got a full 4, fell over crying due to khushi, weeping and sobbing. The other one, I failed in 3 subjects - the 3 subjects I expected to do the best in - and ended up weeping and insisting that the university recheck my paper or i would sue their asses/set the place on fire/blow the place up/*insert random calamity here*
