Shraddha has never been the best dresser. She is a pretty person, but she always wears unflattering things. And don't compare Heath to her. I kind of always had a crust on him, A Knight's Tale and 10 Things I Hate About You had to be around the time I started watching PG-13 movies. But yeah it is very Miley or as I say the classic trying to hard in junior high look, which is cute when you are 14.
