"Dude! The girl we knew 5years before is some-where gone!" Nil said

"She has just locked-up the girl some-where in her heart!" Simi said

"She still loves us!" Rini said

"How can you guys be so sure about it?" Nil asked

"Because she is the same Taani who we met 5years ago!" Neha said smiling

"You are so dumb Nil! Just shut up! And watch!" Simi said smacking his head

"I hope Swayam is fine!" Ruhi said and the all attention again stuck into the operation theatre!

"He will be fine soon because Sharon is giving the blood and above all that his own sister is treating him! So he has to be fine!" Simi said making her fume inn anger

"I would have also given him blood" Ruhi snapped

"Did you?" Vicky said making her silent

"He is out of danger! Just need some blood!" Asha said coming out

"Thank you so much doctor!" Rey said coming forward

"You guys can call me Asha!" She said while other nodded their heads

"It's pretty late, you guys should proceed to your houses and should come tomorrow morning! And don't worry we all are here!" Rithvik said joining them

"Actually we were staying in the hotel and today we were returning back to India but this happened so now we are home-less! We better stay here only!" Rey said

"Okay. As you wish!" Rithvik said and they left from there

"Can we go inside?" Ruhi shouted

"None other than Doctors!" Rithvik shouted back

"Arghh! Whatever. But can any-one tell me why this Taani is behaving so way different with you guys? And you guys are not barking at her like you do to me!" Ruhi asked she wanted to know what happened before she entered St.Louis before she came into their lives who was she? Why the hell did she hold so much importance to them?

"Not this Taani, respect her!" Rey said in anger

"And in the case of barking! You deserve the bark!" Simi said

"She is Swayam's sister, that's it! You need not know the other stories!" Vicky said

"I have the right to know it!" Ruhi said sternly

"Then go and find your-self!" Rey said and left the premises

"Bring in!" shouted Taani from inside

"Doctor is calling!" The nurse said and Sharon went in

"Lay down here!" Taani said without looking at her and she did

"You can go now, thank you!" Taani said to the nurse and they were the only two present in the room

"Hey!" Sharon said while she was adjusting the needle

"You should not try to speak we are here for something important!" Taani said knowing where the conversation will go

"Taani please listen to me once!" Sharon said wincing as the needle got into her body

"Sorry" she said seeing her wincing

"No problem! I just want us to be friends!" Sharon said holding her hand

"We can't!" she said jerking away her hand

"Okay. Just tell me how is Swayam!" Sharon asked

"Out of danger."

"Thank you!" she murmured under her breath which was enough to hear by Taani

"You have to give two blood bottles!" Taani said

"Doctor there is some-one waiting for you in your cabin!" The nurse said coming in

"Hey! Can we talk?"

"But who are you?" Taani asked sitting on her chair

"Ruhi! Ruhi Raichand!" she said and forwarded her hand for a formal shake

"Oh! But what you want to talk about?" she asked greeting her

"How is Swayam?" She asked fidgeting with her fingers

"Mr. Shekawat is out of danger! He needs some blood and we will supply it!"

"Thank you so much! Can I ask you one more thing?" Ruhi asked

"Yeah. Go ahead!"

"Why did you choose Sharon?"

"It's none of your business! You better stay out of it!" Taani replied

"You hate her? Then why?" Ruhi asked

"I said it's none of your business!"

"Look! I don't know if you know it or not I am would be wife of Swayam which means your Babhi! So you should tell me!" Ruhi said while her eyes widened in shock

"What? I mean when did that happened?" Taani asked because of her known she was given the invite of the engagement ceremony of Swayam and Sharon and she didn't have any idea why there was not taking any wedding!

"Your brother ditched her!" she said smirking

"Oh. Then what are you up-to?" she wanted to know the reason why her brother ditched her, whom he loved more than anything

"I want you to be friends with me! Because these people will never accept me!" Ruhi said making the point clear

"I don't know what happened between you guys! But I am sure you were the one who suffered and I am suffering now!" Ruhi said

"Look! I don't know who are you and I really don't want to trust you!" Taani said

"I know you will find hard to do it! But trust me we both will take revenge of our tears!" Ruhi said while Taani smirked listening to her words

"Fine. Let be friends!" Taani said forwarding her hand

"Here the first level cleared, poor she, now wait and watch Sharon and friends how I will ruin you people!" She smiled evilly

"Come in!" she said hearing the knock

"Taani! We have to talk something important!" Asha said sweating

"Why the hell are you sweating?" she asked cupping her face

"Just come with me!" Asha said dragging her out of the room

"I will talk to you later Ruhi!" Taani shouted and soon disappeared

"What the hell?" Taani shouted as she stood before the two

"I wanted to talk to you! But have your brain gone into a vacation?" Asha asked

"Stop. Can anybody tell me what's happening?" Rithvik shouted

"She is going to take revenge!" Asha shouted, thank god that the walls were sound-proof if not the whole hospital would have gathered around the cabin

"What?" Rithvik asked

"Of course not!" Taani said shocked. How can she take revenge from those people who meant to her so much.
