Manju entered the room and cleared her throat. Kriya pushed Rey and sat up, her face flushed out in embarrassment. Rey made a face which meant "isse abhi tapakna tha".

M: auntyji puja k liye tum dono ko neeche bula rahi he..jaldi aajao

K: hum abhi aate he

R: ha ha tum jaao hum abhi aate he...hum bass jaa hi rahe the..he ne kriya?

Kriya glared at him and then snatches her saari rey's mom gave her and went back to the bathroom. Rey rolled her eyes and thought "me ne aisa kya keh diya..yeh ladkiyon ka na kuch pata nahi chalta..khass kar k iss kriya ki..aare bhai bathroom me paani nahi he tho me kya karu...naa tho mene tanki ka paani pee liya he nahi me plumber hoon...firbhi mujhe hi aankhen dikha k gayi madam..aur yeh pagal Manju yahan kyun padi huyi he...aapna ghar kyun nahi chali jati...khair me neeche jata hu nahito kriya firse chillayegi". Rey went downstairs where he was greeted by his mom and dad.

Dad: aaja beta...sab arrangement ho gayi he bas tum dono ka hi...aare bahu kaha he?

R: wo bas aa rahi he dad...dad yeh manju aapna ghar kyun nahi chali jaati?

Dad: shhh...ussne sun liya tho usse kitna burra lagega...dekh beta wo tujhse pyar karti he...usse thoda waqt dede...hamare saath wo thoda time spent karna chahti he..fir wo yahan se chali jayegi...par I am proud of u my son...tune kriya k liye jo kuch bhi kiya wo bohot bada sacrifice tha

R: I know dad...par kya karu mujhse usska dukh dekha nahi gaya

Rey didn't knew that kriya was standing at his back and was fuming. Kriya to herself "jee tho chahta he saale ki gala daba du...fenku kahinka...kaisa hero bann raha he dad k samne..pata nahi manju kaise isse pyar kar baithi...par ho bhi kyun nahi he tho dono hi mental...ek Deepika ka deewana aur doosra uss pagal ki deewani..hey universeji mujhe kahan fansa diya aapne?"

Suddenly rey's mom notices Kriya " lo bahu bhi aa gayi...haaye iss saari me tu kitni pyari lag rahi he... me tho kehti hu bass kismet walo ko hi aisi dulhan milti he". She comes to kriya takes her hand and made her sit beside Rey " tum dono ko kisi ki nazar na lag jaye"

Manju to herself "kismet tho me badal ne wali hu teri kriya..aj rey ki ghar me teri pehli raat tho he magar rey k saath nahi bathroom me...aisa julab milaungi tere khaane me.."(evil smiles)

Rey looks at kriya openmouthed. He has never seen her this beautiful. He forgot the reality and started thinking that she was really his newly-wed bride in that pink saari, earring dangling from her ear, the sindoor in her maang, the mangal sutra in her neck, hands full of bright pink bangles. No matter how angry kriya was at him, she blushed under her stare and told him "muuh bandh karo aapna bilkul pagal lag rahe ho". At this Rey got back to the present and looked before him.

The puja gets complete without any further disturbances. After it the ladies of the family gathers to complete the preparations for dinner.

K: me bhi help kati hu maaji

Mom: nahi beti hum sab he na...

Manju: ha kriya tum tension mat lo hum sab he na...me auntyji ki help kar dungi

K: par me kya karu kuch aur kaam bhi tho nahi he

At this point Rey comes to the kitchen "kriya mujhe tumse kuch baat karna he...zara mere saath aao"

K: kya baat karna he Rey? Kriya was surprised and thought "yeh achanak iss ko kya hogaya".

R: tum aao tho sahi...batata hu

At this the other ladies in the kitchen started teasing kriya "jao jao...bechara kabse bula raha he". Kriya went with him "this better be important Rey" she told him. They reached their room.

R: dekho tumhari office se yeh letter aya he...guest house k address pe gaya tha...wo dharmendra ne aake papa k haath me diya he...yahan pe tumhara naam he Kriya Ghai...papa mujhse jaasoos ki tarha sawal kar rahe the k aisa q? mene kisi bhi tarha unko sambhal liya he yeh kehke k tum ne jab office join kiya tha tab hamari shaadi nahi huyi thi...par papa chahte he tum without any delay office me aapna naam badal dalo

K: matlab unhe yeh bataoon k mera naam Kriya Singhania he?

R: obviously

K: par Rey I joined only the day before yesterday..unhe kya kahu k do din me meri shaadi bhi hogayi?

R: tho thik he yeh kaam tum mujh par chod do

K: no way...aap par chod diya tho gayi meri naukri

R: tumhe aapni pati par thoda bhi trust nahi he na

K: u sure u can handle this?

R: tum bass dekhti jaao me kya karta hu

Kriya to herself "universeji me aapse ky mangu...meri naukri bachana ya meri suhaag?"
