I don't think the 1st one is plausible because its already stated that there will be a love triangle. That means Taani will still love Rey.
2nd one is veryy interesting , where Rey gets jealous of the guy and afterwards her engagement gets broken and Rey consoles her. And it is quite possible that when things will be back to normal for TAAREY , Kriya enters making it a huge twist.
The 3rd one is Okay but I find the 2nd one better because there will be insecurity , jealousy , love , passion , possessiveness EVERYTHING .
PS : all we ever want is Taarey to be together no matter what.
