posts are not locked according to which fan group made the topic - topic are closed according to the content written in them, if a TM is breaking the rules in the intial topic and it continues through replies - depending on the situation the topic is closed.

If the TM member is not breaking rules a and threre is overall discussion with some posts that are instigative then a note is put on - if it continues then the thread is closed


IF the TM make is not breaking rules and the majority of the thread is breaking rules then depending on the severity the thread is closed


Furthermore, it is mentioned in the rules that that if members have any issues with the decision made, then they are to PM the dev team
