I will definitely elaborate my point but before that, tell me one thing, the above lines which you have mentioned can prove him as a good son? You are pointing out the negatives of Papa here. I am no where interested in Papa now, his is definitely wrong but that doesn't mean Son should also do wrong.
Now, I said, woh ek acha beta nahi ban paa raha hai. because, firstly he should have known that his words may or may not effect his dad but Taani's words(lie) will definitely effect his dad and that too to a great extent. Woh apna behen ko chuna, uske dad ko nahi. There was nothing to chose, regarding supporting Taani in hiding her bf's identity, its not because he loves Taani a lot or something but in fact its not his right to interfere in his sis life. He can only help her by instructing her about the right or wrong path, which he did but chosing the correct path is left to Taani. If he would have told his father the truth, his father would have not given him any credit points, instead he would have fallen more in his sister's eyes. And in today's episode, woh apna best friend ke liye, uske dad se jhoot bola. We know Swayam would never get tensed when he dances but still lied. Why? Because of his friend. Yes, he lied for not just one frined but for his whole team, his sis and for his father also. His father had come there only to support and see Taani win, which could be possible only if the team performed and not by Mr. Sekhawat's presence. The team feels that they can perform better only with Rey there, he can't help it. He could not tell his father the truth as that would mean telling him the whole truth about Rey, which again Taani does not want. In fact he indirectly became a good son and politely asked him to leave so that he could fulfill his father's wish, which was to see his niece win.
Not only that, woh ek acha lover bhi nahi ban raha hai, Now, before you again ask me elaborate I will do that myself. Pehle bhi we have seen Swayam in such worse situations, but he never stoppped thinking about Sharon. Where is that Swayam, who would read Sharon in and out? Sad part is, Now Sharon has become so expressive but unfortunately that is not been noticed by Swayam. Okay even if he noticed that, Sharon ka woh words is not evoking any emotions in Swayam. Where have you lost Swayam? Being a SwaRon fan, I am depresssed to see this Swayam, who is not at all effected by Sharon's words. I tend to disagree here also. Its not that, he is not noticing the changes in Sharon. He is. He is in fact reading between her lines and we can see that, whenever Sharon says something about love, we see Swayam looking at her and smiling. He has understood things, just that CV's r not giving him monologues. Hope CV's does that soon.
