So, when Dhudara fell down didn't they find out that Dhudara's child died and they decided to keep it away from her cause she wasn't in a state of taking in such a serious matter they decided to postpone the revelation. If so how is she now pregnant? I'm confused. Did I miss something?

Durdhara didn't had a miscarriage...chandra deliberately announced one as part of his plan to catch the culprit.😊
