This episode is an introduction to the on coming important events..WAR
He did not show the slightest emotion as he stood before the rajas of small kingdoms.The
dashing Chandra in a princely attire is exuberant and dynamic.
We haven't seen his smiling face so far but his mere personality
designate the desired course of action(Vow Rajat)
and he would be even more powerful than a mere king, groomed and taught by the most

Many years of his (chanakya's) pent up anger popped out..and we can visualize the dialogue
