Here are the different theories i collected.

1. Deva badhla guy will run towards tara and khoon bhari maang hoga.

2. Tara will run towards deva and ask him to fill.

3. Tara will run towards deva and promise others that she will put a bandage and come back and marry Arjun to save deva and deva from kidnapping ajrun.

4. Tara going back and farwari helping her to escape.

5. Deva loosing his memory and he will only remember his revenge and forcefully marry tara.

6. Tara loosing her memory and staying with deva without knowing he is her deva.

Other options are good for thinking she promised to heal his wounds and that promo seems they getting married so she is ready to get back her deva (Friday's )

Hope farwary or ananya or arjun will support Tara so much of negativity yaar

they focused that bleeding and deva seeing Tara too fighting too save him from raunak ...

Only possible if No 4 is combined with No.2.
