There are three possibilities

1.Arjun's family is responsible for Deva"s traumatic chilhood.

2.Deva is born without Deva's mother /father without wedlock who is incidentally Arjun"s parent as well

3. A new villain who separated Deva and his parents when he was born

I just want Deva asap to marry Tara phir lete rahe Badla /Hisab/Revenge...Yeh Arjun aur Tara ki yeh dosti pach nahi rahi hai

That is true. But it will never happen in ITV. Lack of communication is biggest issus in lead separations . Either of them live in their own world with his/her assumptions.
