There are three possibilities
1.Arjun's family is responsible for Deva"s traumatic chilhood.
2.Deva is born without Deva's mother /father without wedlock who is incidentally Arjun"s parent as well
3. A new villain who separated Deva and his parents when he was born

That is true. But it will never happen in ITV. Lack of communication is biggest issus in lead separations 
. Either of them live in their own world with his/her assumptions.
