JO O'Meara and Cleo Rocos were BOOED and JEERED as they left the Big Brother house in a shock double eviction.
Ex-S Club 7 singer Jo was immediately apprehensive when she heard the crowd booing her as host Davina McCall called her named.
"They're booing. Didn't you hear it? 'Kick Jo out' - that's what they're saying," Jo told the other housemates fearfully.
"I knew it was me. Everyone was screaming 'Get Jo Out.'"
As they bid farewell to the remaining housemates, Jo said: "I'm shaking like a leaf," but Cleo replied: "I'm not."
Of the votes cast, 48 per cent voted to evict Jo and 28 per cent voted to evict Cleo.
Public opinion turned against Jo when she was perceived to be part of the allegedly racist bullying of fellow housemate Shilpa Shetty - led by Jade Goody.
Jo grew increasingly nervous as she climbed the interior stairs and was led by the hand by Cleo onto the stage.
It is unusual for two housemates to leave the house together - a move perhaps orchestrated by Channel 4 to help Jo endure the animosity of the crowd.
Danielle burst into tears when she heard the crowd booing her friend.
"They're saying horrible things about Jo -'get Jo out, get Jo out'," Danielle sobbed.
Shilpa and H tried to reassure her, saying it was impossible to hear exactly what the crowd was saying.
Cleo and Jo now meet Davina for their first post-Celebrity Big Brother interviews.
