for me I dont exactly think Krish is childish but i would definitely wanna see him a litttle bit more professional in his approach to things considering that he handles the family business and is a business man! as a matter of fact I would also like to see the same in Poulomi; these two are in the business sector yet never once have we seen them behave like businessmen; and for me this has been the main let down of the show...i understand its supposed to be an entertainer but i also think having krish be a lil more professional and behave like a businessman wouldnt hurt...but all this is just the character Krish and how the character has been written; no complaints with how Gaurav is portraying the character; love the expressions he gives and IMO he is doing a fantastic job

Well I'm not sure id his behavior is childish or not. He doesn't love Poulomi and has no concept of the feeling. He knows he is comfortable with her and that she understands him and his needs better than anyone else.

Also his family has started talking of his marriage. he knows that they'll not be extremely upset if he goes ahead and marries her. Anyway she's much better than the specimens his Mom had invited. Now if that is the preference of his Mom, why not a sensible girl instead?

For him it is a matter of convenience. Kisi na kisi se toh shaadi honi hai, so why not the girl who's crazy about him and whom he is comfortable with, rather than a stranger.

Very nicely put, Chitrashi. My thoughts run along the same lines.
People feel he's being childish because they know he's going to fall in love with Rajni. We forget he doesn't know it yet 😆
Its not wrong to make a formal commitment to someone you're really comfortable with, so much that you wouldn't mind spending the rest of you're life with them. Dont most of the arranged marriages work that way? Love comes afterwards in such cases.
What is going to be interesting is how he will fall in love with Rajni who has nothing in common with him and break off his engagement to his "Best friend, soulmate and partner"

I don't feel Krish is being childish either...only part which seems childish, but which I would rather say is impulsive is his getting engaged to Poulomi in the way he did...
