Of course he feels betrayed. But it's nothing compared to when he finds out his Appu maa and dad and mamaji did.
But than Raina was out on the spot and she saw Appu. There is no way Rishab is going to believe her about Appu, without proof.
So, IMO both of them are justified. That being said, Raina did ask Rishab to trust her but his anger and the feeling of betrayed overruled any sane thoughts.
