@ AnnaPaquinFan: After over 10 years I've actually ventured back to an EK show. And I hope, plead, pray that this show does not go down the typical EK path. Because those who know me, know what a disliking I have for EK shows. So for me this is a real change.
@ romaila: I would rather hold expectations and be disappointed. Especially with these new off-the-beat shows cropping up, like this, Nagarjun, Naagin, etc.
@ aadi720, Az07: But that's just it naa! It's not even just the costume. It's like Az07 said. Parag Tyagi is just not scary. I read an article where they said they were considering Nikitin Dheer, Chetan Hansraj, and Rahul Dev for this role. Those actors are the ones that can really be scary, no matter what the costume. Parag Tyagi was just not convincing. When the beast came on screen I should have been scared, frightened, like that couple, but I was bored. Seriously bored out of my mind. Even Sanjeev Kumar in Jaani Dushman had a scarier costume and feel.
@ arshi_arvi: I feel it's too early to comment on the plot. Because every article said that the show is a remake of Jaani Dushman with some Beauty and the Beast plot points. But one thing to remember is that this EK. And if there's one thing about EK that's predictable is that how quickly her shows falls off the original script.
