hmm.. is there any source for this article? if there is, is it reliable? i'm sure abhishek isn't that unprofessional to refuse to work with kareena because he & karishma parted ways bitterly. wasn't main prem ki deewani hoon made after karishma's marriage to sanjay kapur?😊

i also remember reading an interview in stardust during the MPKDH time where kareena said she doesn't have any problems in working with abhi & that they are good friends offscreen.😊

actually Saif already did, this is an old article.

they are talking about the movie "Dostana" which is being produced by Karan Johar. After Abhisek refused to work with Kareena, Saif also backed out (now i understand why😉), and after that Aish also backed out..apparently caz it is too "bold" for her married status.

So now the final cast is Abhisek-Priyanka-John, talk about changes😆

Ash backed out of 'Dostana' because she didn't want to play love interest of two guys in the same film when one is her husband. Also for most part of the movie it is Abhi and John trying to show everyone that they are gay couple. So Ash would have been a misfit as it is not easy to wipe Abhi-Ash real life status from Indian audience's mind.

The movie is an inspired😛 version of 'I now pronounce you chuck and larry'.
