Independence Talk.....Bollywood Style

So tomorrow is Aug 15 meaning tomorrow all Indian will produly be celebrating India's 60th Independence Day

So this week we will be having a discussion about Independence Day...but bollywood style...

Bollywood has made numerous amounts of films on Indian soldiers, wars, important people who played an important key-role in winning the Independence of India and movies on the Indo-Pak relationships...so for the discussion we will be talking about those movies, how well they were made, what effect those movies had on the audience and some of the most popular patriotic songs

So lets begin with the discussion:

1.) What is your favorite Mahatma Gandhi movie....and why?

2.) Many films are made on the Indo-Pak relationships, usually where an Indian boy/girl falls in love with a Pakistani boy/girl and later on in the movie their religions become an obstacle in their marriage......whats your viewpoint on these type of movies? Are they good or bad, and can movies really help reform the Indo-Pak relationships?

3.) Whats your favorite patriotic song and why?

4.) In 2006 2 movies were released....one which taught us gandhigiri and the other made in attempt to awaken the young generation and inspire then to fight against corruption and wrong-doings in India.....what did you think about Rang De Basanti and Lage Raho Munna Bhai?

5.) Lately in the news I have been hearing about how the electricity bills in India have been increased and some people from political parties are using the technique of gandhigiri to get rid of it.....in todays day and time do you really think matter can be solved using no-violence? Can gandhigiri really be helpful?

6.) What's your take on war films such as LOC, Border, Lakshay, Hindustan Ki Kasam and so on? Whats you favorite war film and why?

7.) Bollywood films also make movies on terrorists.....do you think thats a good idea or bad......would these type of movies increase or decrease the amount of terrorism and terrorists there are?

8.) Karan Johar is planning to make a movie supposedly called "Khan"....which is apparently based on the 9/11 attacks....do you think he should make this type of a movie, which is based on an event that was very disturbing and still hasnt been erased from the memories of those who lost their loved ones in that event?

ok my answer here is nahh they shouldnt be made i mean i think its silly and the indo pak friendhsip i personalyl thinkt hat cannot happen ..if it does it wont last long i mean not in a bad way but the whole anger and fustration bewteen them two like india some ppel iv heard syaing urghh why did they have to slit our country up now me on that is india is big enoguh wy do you need more for pakistani have the right to have a country ..so baiscally nope and then coems america whichis a stirrer so it would be difficult

my partiotic songs ermmm the song chaan meri zameen phool mera watan is soo sweet and it brings tears to my ears thing about it

ermm havnt watched them they didnt persuade me to go watch it and thats becasue it didnt look interesting and it didnt have my fav actors adn actresses in it hehe

omg now oen of them i saw canno remmebr ws a war between pakistan and india i wa slike ogm sate on who ever made it and i think it was amitabh who was sayign this dialogue against paksitan i relal think films liek that shouldnt be made i mean how dare they thats shwoing how much they want a friendly relaionship with the other country as far as i know pakistan hasnt made a mvoie like that so why is india make mvoie sbut make them clean !! everybody lvoes their country dont get too hype !!

terrosists like madhoshi oh it ahd john n bips init hehe awwww bless well rubbish no i dont belive in terrosits and if pple clal taliban terrosits then i thnk its stupid im in favour for taliban they havtn done anything those vidoes america show of usma bin ladin you know they have made the videos them selve swith technology there was a documntery on them and the 9/11 that was fake on the day most english pple were taken out of the buliding and there were bombs on each floor there was this whole documentry i saw a few years ago so u knw sumat thereare no terrorist so .....

disturbign event it want disturbing for everyone it certenly didnt disturb me my opnion it shoudl ahve happened and im happy ...dislike america i ahve explaiend lal this above!! so no he shoudlnt make ti what the point the story which si shown to us sint the rela thing so why mke movies on false things

nah not relali only that its pakistans freedom day to so i wish all the paksitani ppel jahsne azaadi mubarak and may paksitan lvie forver and it will be never undercoem or be pressurised by anyone and lalways ahve its head up and live till the world dies muah love you pakistan!!!! muah xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

^^9/11 did happen an terrorists were involved in it...they hijacked the planes and then crashed them into the towers.....its sad that you are actually happy that such an event took place...i was born in New York and i felt real bad when the twin towers got destoryed...because they were the pride of NY....NY looks soo dull without those twin towers....

no ermm sorry i dont know what religion u r or waht culture you cum from but on geo a pakistani channel there was a whole documntry now what i belive is that what america shows is not rue evn my english teache r at school who is an english women a christian also told us that bush wa sbehind the attacks ..why blame a group of pplewho are calle dtalibans for no reaosn its juts a whole big war and a plan ..and the reaosn i wa shappy is that america soo called thinks of it self soo big tlaking aboput bush here ..and its greta to knw he hsud av a bang aswlel rather than bombing other countries!!! hoenslti annoys me bt i guess there is no point being happy like the documntry sed most english pple wer taken out that day !! so no point getting happy as it was all planned ...everyoen ahs diff views this is my view im goign off what iv heard looked and what my teachers have said!! it was bound to happen after what america is up to
