Newcomers are definitely making their presence felt in Bollywood. Especially those who are trying to make different films with a new narrative while still keeping the film within commercial parameters.

Sanjay Khanduri is the latest entrant in the elite class of new age Bollywood film makers who are trying to bring around a change in the way Bollywood films are
conceptualized, executed and placed in the market.

'I am here to make path breaking films and don't expect me to churn out anything routine or predictable', says the young director who would be making his debut with EK CHALIS KI LAST LOCAL.

'My film is a dark comic thriller and the twists and turns are surely going to catch you by surprise. And let me ensure that these are not merely the words as you
would see the film speaking for itself', says Khanduri who was one of the first film makers to be roping in Abhay Deol when he had just arrived in the industry.

And what is it that makes the film special? 'Its novel narrative style', he is quick to mention, 'The manner in which chapters unfold on screen is unique and the way the film would engross you will surely keep you on the edge of your seats.
