Music launch of 'Ek Chalis Ki Last Local' Tuesday, March 13, Rock Bottom Neha Dhupia looked exceptionally glamourous as she launched the music of the film along with her costar Abhay Deol. The movie is a comic thriller about a guy who has missed his last local train at 1.40 am with just Rs 70 in his pocket makes a fortune by the time he takes the first local the next morning.
