Vidya Balan and Akshay Kumar in Heyy Babyy

Ajay Devgan and Aamir Khan are B-town's most notorious pranksters. Now, Akshay Kumar too has joined the ranks.

Recently, Vidya Balan was at the receiving end of Akki's prank while shooting for Sajid Nadiadwala's Heyy Babyy in Australia. The film is being directed by Sajid Khan.

Darna zaroori hai

Sajid relates, "It happened in Sydney after pack-up. It was Akshay's plan and he roped in everyone else too. Akshay, Riteish (Deshmukh), Fardeen (Khan), choreographer Vaibhavi Merchat and Akshay's Australian trainer plotted to hide in Vidya's room and scare her. So they took Vidya's room keys from the hotel reception and took their place behind curtains and the in the closet.

The moment she entered her room, everyone jumped out from hiding and screamed, 'Surprise!' Vidya almost had a heart attack! The poor thing was frightened out of her wits."

Producer Sajid Nadiadwala was not in the know about the joke. "They told me about the prank later in the evening," laughs Nadiadwala.

Vidya: Round Two

Not wanting to be left behind, Vidya decided to seek revenge on the ringleader. Khan reveals, "Vidya got her hands on five alarm clocks and
set them all at 3 am.

Then she hid them in different spots across Akshay's room. What she didn't know was that we had all gone out for a party that night and returned to the hotel only at 4!" So, Round Two flopped. Even though it wasn't much of a plan to begin with, since Akki is an early riser.

"It's true that Akshay is an early riser but he wakes up at 5 am, not 3 am! If he had been in his room, the ringing alarm clocks would have traumatised him.

Vidya's joke may have boomeranged but she will strike back. She's no longer a meek girl. Now, she's one of the guys," grins Khan.

aww that's sad..Vidya dont worry u'll get them soon...and yeah I agree stars pranks like Priyanka and Abhi pranked each other and Shahi pranked Amrita too in Vivah
