I have noticed that without any evidence, these so-called "fans" pick up a new person in Aishwarya's personal life and vilify them. It seems like their new target is Aishwarya's other sister-in-law, Shrima Rai.
She's been receiving hate on her Insta account for apparently not posting any pictures with Aish?
So there was an evil saas, evil nanad, evil husband, a sautan... and now there is an evil bhabhi ??
It started with the vilification of Jaya and Shweta, which was justified to a point considering their public behavior.
Then the blame got shifted to Abhishek, amid divorce rumors. But the way Nimrat was demonized by these bots on Social Media was jarring. Even if the rumors are true, no one deserves the hate she got from these bots.
I am calling them "bots" because that's what they are. Their only purpose on the internet is to get traction and make quick bucks with click-baits, rage-baits and conspiracy theories. After a point, the gullible public gives-in and starts spreading conspiracy theories. These theories click with the audience because it has all the ingredients of a typical Indian household/tv serial. And now that mainstream media has picked it up, it's going to get worse.
This reminds me of the SSR situation, where everyone jumped on the bandwagon and started bullying almost everyone in Bollywood and on the internet who had a different opinion.
