Ghosh's Raincoat- Underrated or Underseen?

The movie may not receive the same level of celebration as some mainstream films I see on the main page, but if I were to pick one film from the early 2000s, it would undoubtedly be this one without any hesitation. It still looks as impressive and timeless as it did in 2000s, unlike some of the classics that feel outdated now. I recently couldn't watch "Dil Chahta Hai" when it was playing at a friend's house, but I can watch this film a thousand times, and the emotions it evokes remain unchanged.

It also has one of the most incredible twists, for those who appreciate plot twists. However, it's more than just its twist; it's also one of the greatest love stories ever told in Bollywood.

I watched Raincoat rather early in my journey into Hindi Cinema - because of the Ajay-Aish pairing...a very intense movie (like a theatre play) - shot in a very short span of time...not really mainstream.

I wonder if Sujoy Ghosh is related to Ritoparno...I also like Sujoy's movies.
