Aaradhya Bachchan taking some YouTube channels to court

According to this article she along with her dad are asking for the courts to order about ten YouTube channels who were spreading false information about her health. Beyond what’s written here I have no clue how the legal aspects of this works or if there’s a chance this will be resolved per her (her parents’) wishes. I also don’t know what was said about her health that caused all this.

They are probably filing a case [in her name] which is totally possible because there's a ton of fake stuff written about her. A lot of people have maliciously written that she is autistic. That is what they probably mean by 'health'.

The filing is in her name and it’s obviously something that is allowed by Indian laws.

They deserve it. There are tons of fake and false stuff on YT everyone should sue them

This is a good move. More people should do it. There are people on YouTube speculating nonsense for hits.

Recently HyunBin and Son YeJin also said they would take some YouTube channel to court for claiming that they are getting divorced within less than a year of being married.

I think Bollywood celebs should also start suing Twitter and Insta trolls like other celebs do. At the end of the day no one knows them personally to make such extreme attacks on their person. Daalo jail me sabko or make them pay hefty fines and post apology letters like C ent does.
