fantastic to hear this. My hubby and I randomly decided to catch Drishyam in the theater and were so so pleasantly surprised at how good the movie was. We didnt know about the remake at that time and didnt even catch the trailer. I guess it was definitely a good way to catch a movie with some terrific performances. I am excited to watch this one too over the weekend. Akshay Khanna is one of my favs :)

I just saw the movie. It's an outstanding film with an amazing performance by Ajay. He's just amazing it was treat to watch him.

All 50+ actors headlining the film.

Add to that Unchai with 60+. It is only content that sells , nothing else.

So i had never seen Drishyam and I also had little plans of watching Drishyam 2 but seeing all the hype around it got me to watch it..i watched the 1st one hours before my show for drishyam 2 and i absolutely loved it and couldn't believe i had missed out on such a gem being the thriller fan that i am

However, i also prepared myself that mostly sequels disappoint and rarely match to their 1st parts which make them what they are..but you guys..the 2nd part is literally as brilliant as the 1st one..

The way they handled the plot and moved it forward..i couldn't even realize how fast the time has passed when interval came..and to top it all is an absolutely brilliant and edge of the seat last hour which literally keeps you glued and takes you by surprise..what an intelligent writing!

The direction, the performances..everything by everyone is top notch.

Ajay devgn is such a powerful actor, he is just brilliant in every frame and he has so much presence on screen..he just glues you to the screen. Akshay khana was amazing and so was tabu as always. Special mention to shriya saran and ishita dutta as well and all the other supporting actors too. Everyone did their part superbly well.

4.5/5 stars

This movie is a BONAFIDE BLOCKBUSTER!! There is nothing which can stop it from emerging as one. Watch it NOW!!

If only it would have been a Hindi Cinema writing...but I'm happy for the industry and for those involved in the remake...and the audience who have something to enjoy in the theatres 😊
